Any therapeutic support plans and programmes that are offered/ suggested/ implemented for the clients of Meher Andleeb Eqbal are individually tailored plans and programmes catered for the individual clients and their needs of the current time ONLY! They are NOT to be shared out, replicated, distributed in part or whole at ANY TIME.
Sharing out these plans will be a breach of these terms & conditions as well as an unauthorised distribution of her intellectual property. IT IS ALSO HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE AND DANGEROUS.
A Client's health care plan is designed with their exact symptoms in mind and there overall health and dietary conditions. No two people, no matter how similar the symptoms may be are ever the same. Sharing out a personalised therapeutic plan with someone else IS DANGEROUS AND IRRESPONSIBLE.
The therapeutic plans given to you are also only for the present time that it is suggested for. Using it in the future without consulting your practitioner is equally dangerous. Your health conditions may have since changed and the plan no longer suitable, thus it is always important to consult your health care practitioners before continuing or restarting a plan that has been scribed for a time period that has lapsed. It is also very important to notify your practitioner, if your health condition has changed in anyway since your consultation, irrespective of whether you are yet to receive your health care plan, or yet to implement it or have already implemented it.
In the case that a client's therapeutic plan has been shared with a third party OR a client neglects the emphasised time period of the therapeutic plan or neglects to update the practitioner in regards to any changes in their health condition, MEHER ANDLEEB EQBAL CANNOT be held liable or legally responsible for any consequences that may or may not occur due to these gross negligences of the client and/or third parties.
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS/THERAPIES/SERVICES WITH FIZA CLUB:
Please ensure you have completed The REGISTRATION process with FIZA CLUB prior to booking a consultation appointment with us. Turning up to a consultation appointment without pre-registration may incur you to loose your fees and appointment slot.
The Registration process includes the payment of the fees (£17.50) and the submitting of your personal details along with your consent for us to collect, process and securely store these details on our system.
This is a one time non-refundable fee per registration. Every individual who wishes to see us needs to be registered individually with us.
The only circumstance in which you will need to pay this fee again is, if you become un-registered and wish to come back and register with us again.
The only circumstance that you can see us WITHOUT the need for REGISTRATION and filling in the Wellness Profile Form is for a Free discovery call.
WELLNESS PROFILE FORM:
Where Applicable: Please ensure you have completed and submitted The Wellness Profile Form, 2 full days prior to your appointment slot. Failure to complete this in good time may incur you to loose your fees and appointment slot. If you need to fill out this form it will be emailed to you.
PLEASE NOTE:
The Wellness Profile Form only needs to be filled in ONCE (at the time of registration).
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING:
Customers/Users/Clients upon booking an appointment/therapy/service can cancel or reschedule UP TO 48 hours prior to the appointment time without in-curing a penalty. Should they fail to cancel/reschedule prior to 48 hours OR fail to turn up to their appointment, THEY WILL BE CHARGED a cancellation fee/lose their fee of the appointment.
Any homeopathic remedies or tissue salts already dispatched to a Customers/Users/Client cannot be returned.
Customers/Users/Client can request a cancellation of their order, if need be, prior to its dispatch. However, their order will only be cancelled (and their money refunded) upon the discretion of the practitioner preparing them, (which is dependent upon how far along the process it has reached).
FIZA CLUB ordinarily does not supply Nutritional Supplements, however, on the off chance that it may be needing to for any given reason, fulfilling a request for the supplement cancellation is dependant on and entirely at the discretion of the practitioner sourcing them depending on how far along the process it has reached.
